Klara was adopted through
Ontario ARPH she was fostered
briefly in Virginia.
My name Jen H. and I adopted "Klara" who is now named Freyja back in
May. Freyja and I have been very busy with puppy class,
camping, the local dog parks and cuddling of course! She is
beautiful and amazes me everyday with how smart she is (sometimes a
good thing, sometimes a not so good thing!) She is deaf and
blind in her left eye but you would never know it! She appears to be
much more agile than most of the other dogs in the neighborhood.
She's very much loved by all my neighbors and had made quite a few
friends at our 7am dog park club. |

Yep! I finally gave in. Risa is one of the reindeer pups from
last Christmas. We all fell desperately in love with her over
the past six months, and we can't bear to see her leave. She
has become the third permanent member of the "Aussie Den"!
(Her name means: "Smile of the Sun")

Woody has a new home!!! He lives with his new human mom, Gini, a 3yr
old doggie brother named Arlo, a 12 year old doggie sister named
Missy and 3 cats in a big old farmhouse that is three cattle-guards
down a "four cattle-guard road"!!! In honor of his brother Arlo, his
name has been shortened to Woody. He goes on regular walkabouts with
his family and plays chase in the hay field with Arlo most every
evening. There is a creek to swim and chase little fishes in, a big
old shady tree by the house to just hang out under and, best of all,
his new mom doesn't mind if he digs an occasional hole in her yard.

- Raleigh
Raleigh, ARPH #8732, was adopted on May 21,
2006 by Howard, who lives in VA. Raleigh now has a new sister,
Shelby, who was adopted last year from ARPH by Howard. These two
youngsters now live a very contented Aussie life, romping and
chasing both inside and outside, and loving their new dad. What an
improvement from being a stray boy going to a shelter in West
Virginia to a safe home with another Aussie to play with and a dad
to love and two square meals a day! Way to go Raleigh and Shelby! |
- Harmony Monica

This Black Bi Colored Female was rescued and
placed into the Loving Foster Home of
Faustino Capati Harmony's foster dad fell in
love with her and realized that he could never let her go. She is
the apple of her daddy's eye, and will be a very spoiled, yet well
trained pupper. Harmony will join her new Aussie brother Banjo in
Frisbee competitions once she is old enough.
